Our policy is one of continuous improvement, leading
toward eventual perfection. Whenever we discover a bug, we immediately
prioritize it, and schedule a fix for it. We find great value in reports
from users who find bugs, or request for valuable new features. We have no
problem with acknowledging any problems that have been identified or
reported. We encourage any users who may experience any problems to look
through the list of open bug reports and feature requests. Many times, we
will award free registration to unregistered users who find bugs, or a voucher
for a future upgrade to registered users. If you find something that is
